Temple Sinai's keyboard accompanist, Raymond Buttero, is also a master of Sephardic cooking. Raymond's cuisine is a delight of the aromatic and earthy dishes enjoyed by Jews descended from the Spanish expulsion. Join Raymond's cooking class on Zoom on Monday evenings, starting at 6:00 p.m., beginning on January 25th and continuing through March 1st.
