HIAS Welcome Campaign congregations in RI will have special prayers and speakers about refugees on October 19. The Rev. Charles Blustein Ortman, RI State Council of Churches, will speak at Temple Beth-El about First Unitarian Church of Providence as a Sanctuary Congregation.
