Mussar Practice at Temple Habonim
Mussar offers us insight on how to be mindful of our thoughts, words, and actions, and to strive for balance in our lives.
Mussar, a deeply rooted Jewish tradition dating back centuries, emphasizes the cultivation of ethical character and the examination of our relationship with traits such as gratitude, compassion, honesty, humility, and patience. By delving into a wide range of Jewish texts, from the Torah to modern commentaries, we can uncover a wealth of wisdom on how to interact with others with integrity and respect.
